To some they are daredevils, defiant of the rules other firemen must follow, to others they are brave, heroes who save the lives no others dare. These are the stories of three such men—Tom, Tony and Matt—the elite of the elite—Smokejumpers.

Thomas “Wolf” MacKenzie — High risk doesn’t worry this sexy smokejumper.  He lives on the edge.  A guilt-ridden past pushes him to be brazen and bold, but a mistake could cost him his life.

Anthony “Moondoggie” Calhoun — A charming bad boy who can captivate and manipulate.  Women love his wild nature.  Behind those bedroom eyes lie burning secrets and a valiant sole.

Matthew “Flyboy” Boone — This handsome pilot is fearless.  His job takes him to hot spots.  The hotter the better.  Beneath his charismatic smile beats a reckless heart.  He tends to be hard-headed, bossy and irresistible.

A Day in the Life.....

It was a normal day in the life of this four-year-old girl.  It was overcast but she didn't mind because there was a warm breeze and mommy said she could play on the front porch as long as she didn't go down the stairs.

The young girl played happily singing her own special song, content to carry on elaborate conversations with her dolly.  She decided that it wasn't enough to just sing, her and dolly wanted to dance.  So, she got up and began to twirl and dance around.
In a split second, her joyful play became confusing, and frightening for the large picture window fell out and crashed over her tiny head.  The glass fell broken all around her.  The little girl not understanding how her four-year-old world could have taken such a drastic turn, started screaming, and screaming, and screaming.

Luckily, she was not harmed in any way.  Her mommy came running out to see what had happened, snatched her out of the way of the broken glass, carried her into the house, and checked to make sure she was not injured.  Then she hugged her, hugged her, hugged her.

Little girls love their mommies!!!!!!!

(This is an actual story from the life of Sloan McBride.)
